Matt is the sole founder and Managing Director of Ibiza Concepts.
He has personally managed over 50 property developments, both new build and conversions and recently won a national property development award.
Matt is a fully qualified SAP energy assessor and BREEAM assessor which allows Ibiza Concepts to design and build highly ecological and sustainable buildings.
Previous to property Matt organised film wrap parties for Oscar winning production team Aardman Animations.

Sophie has great experience within residential interior design and lighting.
She is currently qualifying for commercial interior design and lighting design and possesses a natural eye for seeing beyond any brief.
With Sophie on board Ibiza Concepts can oversee your project from beginning to end.
We also have at our fingertips an incredibly skilled local architect with the experience and understanding to work within the rules of the constantly changing PTI (Plan Territorial Insular de Eivissa y Formentera). We recommend using only an architect who knows these new rules to the letter, because planning application success is becoming harder and harder every day and there are many architects who simply do not know the latest rule amendments.
